# Contact Support

We are here to help, so let’s begin by determining which team is the right one for you to contact.

****I have an inquiry about ad revenue generated using Triton Services.****

****I have a question about my Triton Digital invoice.****

## Routine Customer Assistance

Send your inquiries to [supportdesk@tritondigital.com](mailto:supportdesk@tritondigital.com) and our team will do its best to address your issues in a timely manner.

Help us help you faster by following these simple principles when contact our Support team:

- Describe your issue in as much detail as possible. Providing the following information helps us understand your issue better and provide more efficient resolution:
  - Exact date and time of the issue.
  - Frequency of the issue (once/intermittent/frequently/all the time).
  - Screenshots if applicable.
  - Links if applicable.
  - Listener IP.
  - Any supporting data you may have.
  - Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Please create **one ticket per issue**; if you have two or more issues, create a separate ticket for each one. Keeping multiple issues separate will enable us to route your various issues to the right people and will lead to faster resolution.

## Emergency Support Procedure

Triton offers emergency support on a 24/7 basis for customers who have a revenue-affecting emergency or want to escalate a revenue-affecting issue. If:

- Your stream is down,
- Your listener experience is affected,
- Your ads are not delivering, or
- You have any other revenue affecting emergency…

Please use one of the emergency support procedures described below.

### Emergency Email

**This is the best way to get emergency support.** Send your emergency inquiry to [**emergency@tritondigital.com**](mailto:emergency@tritondigital.com) and an agent will reply to your ticket within 60 minutes.

Please do not “CC” the routine customer assistance email when using this emergency procedure. Doing so creates a duplicate ticket in our system, which we will need to manage, taking precious time away from our ability to help you with your emergency.

#### Optional Emergency Voicemail

As an alternative to the emergency email, call the phone line for your region and leave a recorded message that includes who you are, your company name, and a phone number where you can be reached. An agent will call you back within 60 minutes.
