# Audit Logs

All user activity in TAP is logged for auditing purposes. You can view or export the audit logs for flights, campaigns, and organizations. You can also view and export [Programmatic Deals audit logs](/user/docs/deals#programmatic-audit-logs).

TAP also keeps audit events for deleted TAP user accounts. For traceability, events for deleted users accounts still appear in the audit log.

## Open Audit Logs

1. Flight audit log access.
2. Campaign audit log access.
3. Organization audit log access.

## View Audit Logs

1. Go to the **Options** menu for the level of audit logs you want to view (a flight, a campaign, or the entire organization).
2. Select **Audit events/Audit log**.
3. Optional: When the audit table appears, select filter options from the [Filter bar](/v1/docs/searchingfiltering#using-filter-options) to refine the table. The Audit table shows logged events. Note that username**system-task-janitor**is used for automated system cleanup and maintenance operations.

### Viewing Options

Select **UTC** to view the timestamps in UTC format, Select **Wrap JSON** to wrap the lines in the Data column. Select **Show JSON** to view the change events in JSON format.

## Copy Data and Change Events

You can copy individual data events or change events to your clipboard, in JSON format. Select the event's **Options** menu to reveal the copy items.

## Export the Log Events Table

You can export the log events table as it is displayed using the [Export table data as CSV](/v1/docs/the-tap-user-interface#exporting-lists) button. This only exports the items that are visible in the current table.
