# Adding a technical contact to your organization

To be notified of technical issues or updates you can set a technical contact under Organization settings > Details > Technical support contact email.

To add multiple emails, add a semicolon (;) between the email addresses.

**Automatic Recording Agent Health Updates**

To be notified of recording agent health issues, you will also need to check the checkbox under Organization settings > Live recording.
